Hitachi Capital Vehicle Solutions (HCVS) was awarded the top spot for COMPANY Car Today’s Innovation Awards 2021, Service, Maintenance & Repair prize, praising HCVS’s proactive downtime management process.

Supported by both a workflow management system and an incident management system, Hitachi’s 24-hour, seven days-a-week system was spotlighted for keeping downtime to a minimum, achieving a 99.6% vehicle availability figure. With vehicle downtime an increasingly serious issue for fleet managers, Hitachi’s suite of systems helps install confidence in availability across the fleet.

Hitachi Capital Vehicle Solutions was also ‘Highly Commended’ in the Company Car Today Innovation Awards 2021 Green Award.
